Snake spring coupling structure:
The serpentine spring coupling is composed of two half couplings, two half covers, two sealing rings and serpentine spring pieces. Serpentine spring coupling tooth shape is linear: in normal load, the distance between the serpentine spring and tooth contact point does not change with the change of the deformation of the serpentine spring, the stiffness is constant, the relative Angle of the two halves of the coupling and the torque is linear, belonging to the constant stiffness serpentine spring coupling.
Snake type spring coupling gear curve type: when the load is small, the linear part of the snake type spring and the connected axis are basically parallel; When the load increases, the deformation of the snake spring increases, the contact arc with the teeth also increases, and the distance between the contact point and the teeth becomes shorter and shorter, and the stiffness increases. The relative Angle of the two halves of the coupling has a nonlinear relationship with the torque transmitted, which belongs to the variable stiffness snake spring coupling. Linear tooth shape is easy to process, low cost, but only applicable to the transmission torque change is small working conditions. Curvilinear tooth coupling is suitable for large torque change and positive and negative rotation working conditions, and has a better cushioning effect, but the curvilinear tooth coupling is poor in process and high in manufacturing cost.
