There are different types of coupling correction concentric methods. According to the installation position of the rotating equipment is divided into horizontal and vertical two kinds, of which the horizontal is more common; According to the degree of ease of correction, it can be divided into two kinds: simple correction and systematic correction. The former can get rough results, and the latter can get ideal results. No matter how they are classified, their principles and analytical methods are the same. The purpose of correcting the center is to make the center line of one rotor shaft a continuation curve of the center line of the other rotor shaft. Because the shaft of the two rotors is connected by a coupling, so long as the center line of the two pairs of wheels of the coupling is continued, then the center line of the two rotors must be a continuous curve. To make the two pairs of wheel centers of the coupling continuous, the following two conditions must be met:
(1) Make the center of the two pairs of wheels coincide, that is, make the outer circle of the two pairs of wheels coincide;
(2) Make the combination surface (end face) of the two pairs of wheels parallel (two center lines parallel). If the above two conditions are met at the same time, the center line of the two axes is a continuation curve. If the measured value is not equal, it is necessary to adjust the footing to meet the above two conditions.

The theoretical basis of coupling wheel correction calculation is triangle similarity principle. The relationship between the desired quantity and the known quantity is obtained by using the similarity of two right triangles, and the specific value is calculated. Analysis: Based on the transfer side wheel, the position of the motor side wheel is adjusted to make the mutual position of the two wheels meet the requirements. Calculation: the diameter of the opposite wheel is D, the distance between the ground foot of the side x bearing of the motor and the opposite wheel is l1, the distance between the ground foot of the y bearing on the side of the motor and the opposite wheel is l, a: the opening degree of the side wheel of the motor and the side wheel of the transfer side, h: the height difference between the two pairs of wheels.
